All staff are trained professionals whose primary resposibility is to indentify and respond to the ongoing needs of the participants in our programs. With degrees and training in areas of special education, psychology, counseling, and nursing our staff continues to upgrade their skills through current in-service training programs sponsored by the Office of Rehabilitation Services, Department of Developmental Disabilities, CPNRI and UAP.
All staff are certified in CPR and First Aid as well as Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI). Consultants are utilized as needed to reinforce particular behavior and therapeutic interventions which would best meet participant’s particular needs.
